My work is grounded in neuroscience and in the understanding that deep, lasting change involves both the body and the mind.

Does this feel familiar?
Many women live with invisible tension in their bodies and minds every day.
"I feel constantly overwhelmed, even by small things."
It's possible that your nervous system is functioning in survival mode, always prepared for the next threat.
"My mind doesn't stop. I can't relax, not even when I'm resting."
Racing thoughts and physical tension are signs that your body hasn't found security. This may change.
"I feel disconnected from myself, my emotions and others."
This disconnection maybe the protective response of your nervous system throughout the body. There is a way back.
A safe space, guided with empathy, respect and care.
