I´m Sue, 

I am a Trauma-informed Somatic support professional (TSC-l) with a Master’s Degree in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy earned in Mexico. 

My work is grounded in neuroscience and in the understanding that deep, lasting change involves both the body and the mind. 

With over two decades of experience, I have dedicated myself to supporting women in cultivating greater emotional balance and a deeper sense of inner safety.
