Somatic support is a body-centered approach that recognizes the nervous system can hold emotional experiences and stress. Rather than focusing only on talking through what you have lived, we also pay attention to what is happening in the body—such as sensations, posture, breathing, and movement—to support deeper regulation, emotional balance, and overall well-being.
Many approaches focus primarily on thoughts, emotions, and personal history. While this can be deeply valuable, insight alone is not always enough to create lasting change. Somatic support includes the body as an essential part of the process, helping you notice and work with patterns held through breath, physical sensations, posture, and movement. This can be especially supportive for chronic stress, anxiety, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation, where the body often carries what words alone cannot fully access.
Yes. Most individual sessions and all group programs are available online via secure video platforms. Online somatic support is highly effective, and I provide guidance on how to set up a comfortable, private space at home.
Each person’s experience is unique. We will regularly review your progress and adjust our plan together. It is a collaborative process in which both of us play an important role.
At this time, I do not accept insurance and work independently.
